Equal but Different (Genesis 1:26-28)

Being married I can say the quote, "Men are from Mars, Women are from Versus" is completely and 100% true. I have learned the it is important to realize and accept the differences in the opposite sex. More importantly I am learning DAILY to be careful and not translate Mark's Mars language (or differences) into my own language. God did create Man and Women equal but different and in his image. (Genesis 1:26-28)

Men vs. Women

[M] Men have a need for honor, it is their greatest marital need.

[W] Women have a need for security, it is their greatest marital need.

[M] Men give love to get respect.

[W] Women give respect to get love.

[M] Men have a natural need for sex.

[W] Women have a natural need for affection.

[M] Men appreciate simplicity.

[W] Women appreciate details.

[M] Men are emotionally modest and physically immodest.

[W] Women are emotional immodest and physically modest.

We are different physically and emotionally. We are literally, each others counterparts.Embracing our differences is another way I see God's divine work on his most prized creation Man and Women.
